What we collect

Right now, the site collects two things. First, the email address you enter to join the development updates list, along with your confirmation that you agree to receive those emails. Second, standard website analytics (for example, which pages are viewed) through Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. We do not ask for your name, address, or payment details, because there is nothing to buy yet.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to send you development updates about Ilaequor: progress news, which platform launches first, and related product news. We do not use it for anything else. We use analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Your email address is stored with our email provider, [your email/newsletter provider], solely so we can send you these updates. If you accept analytics cookies, aggregate usage data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager) with IP addresses anonymised and Google Consent Mode applied. We share data with these providers only as needed to run the site, and with no one else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the development updates list ends and we no longer need it. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings, and your cookie choice is remembered for up to 12 months before we ask again.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing szymon.kokot@illucrum.com. You can change your cookie choice any time from "Manage cookies" in the footer. You can also ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour those requests, and we respect the Global Privacy Control signal.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, and, only if you agree, Google Analytics cookies. Analytics stays switched off until you accept it in the consent banner. We do not use advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, if we run ad campaigns), we will add an advertising category to the banner and update this policy first.
