1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Ilaequor website at ilaequor.com, operated by Illucrum LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the development updates list, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The site is informational and pre-launch

Ilaequor is in development. This site describes the product and lets you join a list for development updates. Nothing here is a promise that the product will ship, that any feature described will be included, or that access will be offered on any particular date or terms.

3. Joining the list is not a purchase

Joining the development updates list is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not entitle you to the product, to a specific price, or to access by a specific date. We may change or end the development updates list at any time.

4. Your email

You agree to provide an email address you are entitled to use, and to receive development-update emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is described in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at a scale that harms performance, or use it to break the law. We may restrict access if you do.

6. Intellectual property

The Ilaequor and Illucrum names, logos, site content, and design are owned by Illucrum LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal use of the site.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do the sensible thing to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Any guidance in the blog is general information, not tailored advice for your tank.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Illucrum LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute may be submitted to the courts of Travis County, Texas, United States.
